lovely stay in the heart of it all

great location amazing staff good offer

The location was great. rory at the reception was amazing and gave us good local tips. the garage nearby gave a discount to hotel guests. That was a very good offer.

central location safe environment friendly staff

the location is perfect, right in the heart of the latin quarter. i felt safe as a solo traveller. friendly people at the front desk gave good recommendations for restaurants and bars. i liked the warm smiles from reception at check in and out.

my room was not properly cleaned one night, and a used mug was not replaced.

I stayed in a room with convenient storage. I found the front desk staff very helpful. The bed was exceedingly comfortable, a true oasis after a long day.
